I think I'm stumped for a low carb sub (haggis)

I have just had a 2nd look at that recipe and suggest the following spices for next time.
Start off with a good pinch of each coriander, mace and nutmeg. I suggest making a small test patty first and adjust the seasoning accordingly
Thanks @aylalake I'll give it a go. My very limited spice rack is expanding weekly
