I wake up with hypo

Today when I wake up, my body was shaking and feeling so tired.then i ate one spoon sugar.
is this good method to control hypo

Sugar. Yes. It's better than nothing... But afterwards, eat some longer acting carbohydrate..

It's good that you woke up. What was your blood sugar level? What insulin do you use??
 
I find hypos that low really scary and leave me shakey for days so I hope you're OK after it?
Sugar is sucrose and doesn't convert that quickly into blood glucose. If you're down at 2.2 then personally I'd be looking for something faster like lucozade or glucojuice or glucotabs which are all glucose based then I'd follow that up with some longer acting carbs.
I'm glad you were well enough to deal with the hypo yourself. Be worth making sure you understand why the hypo happened and talking through with your DSN. Best wishes.
