Sorry to hear about your Grand daughter being ill, I know it is very worrying to have a sick child. Would it be possible to get to Spain with her, the doctors are very good there but you might have to pay, I don't know.

Seeing the above, in your country, everyone should be vaccinated for hepatitis A, but only certain selected people at risk for hepatitis B.

I was found to be at risk in Washington, DC, so I had to have the three shots for hepatitis B.

Usually in a risk area (mine is a risk area because of an international population and many world travellers), a person gets tested for their immunity first, and then if you have no immunity, you ge the shots. I had immunity to Hep A, but not Hep B or C. There is no vaccine for Hep C
