My niece had hypnotherapy just after leaving school as she was so ill with ibs. She went for 3 sessions I believe and never looked back and has since travelled to the most destitute barren places in the world and got herself a really high pressured job...
Similar here. Mŷ GP referred me to gastroenterologist and I have a colonoscopy in mid December, see what, if anything, is wrong. Something is not right and I need to know, and need to get it fixed.
