Strawberry ice cream
ingredients:
300 g strawberries or other berries, mashed or cut into small pieces
3 cups cream
3 egg yolks
sweeetener, vanilla sugar/extract/essence
Beat eggs, sweetener and vanilla until fluffy, mix in the cream and berries
Place ice cream maker bowl in the freezer, make sure its all ready, pour mixture into ice cream maker and stir for 15-20mins.
Or put the mix into the freezer, whisk every half hour until frozen, this is to break up the ice crystals, let it freeze for at least 4hrs.

Mocha-Chocolate ice cream
ingredients:
6 cups cream
3 egg yolks
sweetener
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
20-30 g of chopped chocolate, at least 70% cocoa content
Beat the yolks and sweetener, whisk in the instant coffee powder, dont worry if it doesnt all dissolve, its quite nice when there are a few crunchy coffee bits left. Add the chopped chocolate.
Ice Cream Maker
Pour the mixture then into ice cream maker and stir slowly for about 15 minutes. Pour into a chilled bowl and place into freezer.
Without ice cream machine
Pour mixture into a bowl, place into freezer, whisk it every half hour, let ice cream freeze at least 4 hours.
Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
