Customer helplines that use recorded menus that promise to put me through to the right person but never do - and being ill. Oh, and did I mention customer helplines :)
As most people now carry a mobile phone at all times It is advisable to put your next of kins phone number in your phones address book under the name "ICE" as phones are now routinely searched for this information following accidents.

I put it first in the list so it was the first numbers to come up. Unfortunately if I forgot my phone lock I keep phoning people without realising it. Soon they will stop answering my calls and then thats ICE defunct for me :lol:
