hi don't know if anyone has posted this already...

I was eating ff natural Greek yogurt but recently found a brand called skyr which is A traditional Icelandic yoghurt and has roughly 11g carb for 150g pot. (7g per100g) Personally I love them, really thick and creamy very filling and a variety of flavours. 1/2 price in Tesco atm which is why I tried them!

Hope this helps someone!

They sell something similar here in the states called Siggi's. It is also an Icelandic skyr and my favorite yogurt to date.

The plain variety is 4g per 100g. I tried it last week and found it left a nasty aftertaste compared with Total 0% which is also 4g of carb. I've found the creamiest and thickest of the 0% fat Greek Yoghurts is Liberte (3.8g) which is sold in most Sainsburys.
