require ideas for 3 meals
in a pattern this way--
a veggie source fat meal - baked egg in avocado on tomato base (yes I know that avocados are fruit)
a meat protein meal - burger on portabello mushroom with bacon and halloumi (the Salty in my local burger place)...
a vegetable meal - Parmigiana Melanzana (aubergine layered with tomatoes and tonnes of cheese)
Not sure if y;ou wanted every day stuff for an evening meal or dinner party fare???
all as low carb as possible
all as high fat as possible
