    require ideas for 3 meals

    a veggie source fat meal
    a meat protein meal
    a vegetable meal

all as low carb as possible
all as high fat as possible

Click on ‘click to expand’, the response has been included in the quote box for some reason!

I can explain what has transpired, just for info.

What @NicoleC1971 has done is add her comments to @cdpm 's posted content, which means her response appears within the quote.

When we "Quote" there is a code [ / QUOTE] (without the spaces) at the end of the content, so anything added before that is included in the quote.

@NicoleC1971 - You didn't particularly do anything wrong; it can just sometimes be difficult to find if it happens in a long quoted post.
