Good point Spiker....

As for sets in high humidity. I can only say that my body will sweat alot during summer whilst doing my gardening. And the sets have become detached when in my stomach... Never whilst stuck into bum...

I'm not sure about insurance? Everything so far has been covered on a government longterm illness plan? I think the pumps are too?

In the UK (Northern Ireland included) you have to insure the pump in case of damage (usually on the household contents insurance). The DSN supplies you with a letter for the insurance company to explain that you will have it on you all the time etc.
Not sure if this applies to down south though.
