I've just had a bacon sandwich with white bread anchor butter and HP brown sauce. Awwwwwwww! .. And I've a Wispa Gold chocolate bar ready to suck on with a hot cup of tea when the Jungle Show comes on the telly later, my head's spinning.

Pizza, covered in cheese, various vegetables and pineapple.

Followed by Haagen Daz ice cream

Washed down with Diet Cherry Coke ( which cancels out the calories in anything I eat before it). :wink:

TV programme would be The West Wing

It would be a pork pie in tomato soup, trashy I know, but at school we would have sausage's with golden syrup. It was a Quaker boarding school and anything to fill you up.

I'm not sure tbh, my wife's home-made lasagna and garlic bread always goes down well.

Hollands steak and kidney pudding, chips peas and gravy. (Probably need to be a Lancastrian to understand this)

Real chips not them frozen ear wax picks.

Wmsl ... Soo funny, cor .. chips peas and gravy, do they still do them Fray Bentos pies with the tins that take 4 days to open? Haven't had one of them for years. You could tell if someone had cooked themselves one a them for tea by the bandages on their fingers. The pastry was to die for. Wonder if they still do them.

Yes they still do dog food with a puff pastry lid. The lid was the edible bit ;)

Fish and chips from the chippie, loads of salt and vinegar, buttered roll for chip butty with ketchup to finish with. Irn Bru (Scottish!) to wash it all down.

Ah well, actually having chicken, brocolli and green beans. Hey ho :roll:

To be fair, my dogs would probably turn their snooty noses up if I dared to offer them a Fray Bentos!


As hideous as they are in reality, I miss Pot Noodles! I miss warm food at lunchtime, and Pot Noodles were just so handy to quickly prepare at work... with white bread and butter to dip in.

My dog spits out burger king... Our lasses dog will eat anything that isn't nailed down.

Got to be fish and chips for me too, I do get cravings for them and when I've had a few drinks at weekend I can smell them from a mile away :cry:

Tournedos rossini fillet steak with pate filled portobello mushrooms-asparagus- celeriac dauphinoise- and crispy bacon lardons.
