Diet drinks - the artificial sweeteners taste vile.
Having to forswear foods I have loved all my life.
Trying to find low carb meals when eating out.
.....are you trying just a little too hard?

I realised I had cut down on what I ate by quite a bit due to my partner having a blast on Slimfast and the fridge being almost perpetually nearly empty.

No appetite because LCHF takes you that way.

Furry tongue and smelly breath (could just be part of my built in subtle charm).

Splurged on half a tin of baked beans with breakfast this morning.
I'll see if this stops/reverses the weight loss.

Cheers

Yes, smelly breath is often a result of low carb/calorie diet.
A white tongue can be a yeast infection though, a simple mouth wash usually does the trick,
I use Lidl's own brand, cheap and effective.
Really cheap is a tumbler of salt and water, don't forget to spit it out!

Safe to say the smell won't be coming from your mouth after the baked beans LittleGreyCat

Yeast infection - systemic Candida.........

I had this song running through my head

Woa oh oh oh Candida, we can make it together...

Thought it was my usual inappropriate words to popular tunes thing but Tony Ortlando and Dawn actually sang a love song to systemic thrush.

Go figure
