Hello can you help. I keep getting UTI infections and Diverticulitis Disease, I am still quite ill with fever etc. And my sugars are 23.7 on tablets and insulin unsure how to get my sugars down. Don't want to eat , someone suggested carb drinks don't know what they mean by that any suggestions please - thank you
