I have a cold and am feeling very grumpy about it! BG is all over the shop. I'm applying dafne's sick day rules which is sometimes working.... Sometimes not lol more than trebled my insulin intake but halved by carb intake.

Hoping it's just the cold and not the end of the honeymoon too!

I haven't been over 10 in weeks and suddenly I'm pulling 17.7 at 5am having not eaten in 10 hours.

Back to work tomorrow too. Eugh!

I would stay at home Hale ! Better to fully recover. Hope you feel better soon. Your BG levels will hopefully return to normal soon.

That sucks Hale, just keep increasing the insulin as per DAFNE and make sure you drink plenty of water, hope you feel better soon!
 
I've been off for 2.5 weeks so I plan on going in to collect my laptop and pretty much coming home at lunch time to work from the sofa if I can't handle the office.

Never mind me being ill, im sure the rest of the office doesn't want my bugs either!

Opted out of work in the end. BG still 16 which is still exceptionally high for me. Don't feel confident in the drive there and back.
