Hi

I was diagnosed, type 2 in April this year, with a Hb1c of 7.4. Trying to control with diet and exercise only. I would like to meet others who are trying to control or reverse, with a view to a team effort, all out war against the condition.

Check with your local hospital your surgery the library and even the CAB as you may well discover there is already one out there.

Will do. I'm starting the diabetes training course this coming week. Will no doubt meet like minded people then.

Diagnosed Type 1 but think I am Type 2 really going to verify with blood tests etc.
