Hi guys

I have been having difficulty logging in to my account it doesn't recognise my email or user name so only way I was able to log in was by using activation login. In an attempt to solve this I was advised to delete and re register which I have done, it has not solved problem. So I have lost all my active threads.

been eating shop bought muesli but have been told all dried fruits are too high in carbs. Is there a breakfast cereal that is suitable for a type 2 low carb diet. I don't want to cook fry ups every morning.

Welcome back @nomorechoccy. All cereals are high in carbs. If you don't want to cook in the morning, you could hard boil a few eggs to keep in the fridge. Or soak some chia seeds overnight in hazelnut/coconut/almond/soya/cows milk for a chia pudding - add double cream and/or sweetener if you want to.

@DCUKMod can you help @nomorechoccy merge this account with his older one to be found here on post #39? https://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/threads/got-rid-of-diabetes-type-2-this-is-how.150323/page-2

Thanks for the tagging Rachox. I think nomorechoccy is aware of the position with his old and new account.
