Novorapid - typically 3.5-6 units depending on the meal and 12 units of levemir before bed. I agree that I'm probably better off having lower carb meals when my levels are higher. I tend to only have a large carb intake at dinner so this can easily be taken down a bit. At the moment it's just a bit harder to lower my intake as I'm on a partly fixed doses and don't have a ratio yet.
