I know how difficult this is. I've really only made a start on it and have been drifting recently, but being diagnosed and finding out about the implications gave me a wake up call.

I understand you're concerned tigerlily, but 7.7 isn't that high, and certainly not high enough to make you feel ill or vomit. Might need to look for other causes. Hope it works out ok.
