Thank you. I don't, avoid them altogether but I've cut out the main culprits of my previous diet. Doctors here in Quebec say to max out at 75g of carbs per meal, 20g per snack and avoid the three P's : Pasta, potatoes and bread (pain in french).
I barely had any pasta or potatoes of any form (oh how I miss poutine) and as for bread, I found a loaf that only contained 17g per 2 slices. I also decided to limit the carb intake at half of what the doctors suggests.
