Hi, it's me again. Yes, I have recently visit doctor and check up again after 2 months diagnosed from type 2. Here is my favorite part. The doctor said I'm lose a lot of weight, and she/he didn't expect that much. But she/he has congrats me for what I achieved. 2 month almost 12kg. And I now take only 1*1000 metformin in the morning only. I'm 18. And turn 19 in the next three month. And also my mental health is improved from day by day. Now I passionate again to live my life. Sorry for writing this article. But I really happy. I have been received many advice from my beloved people in forum. And thanks everyone for your lovely advice. And here for young with type 2. There is nothing that can help you but yourself. Make your lifestyle change so your health also can change.
And you can find inspiration from everywhere. Ask me if you need help.

That is brilliant @Ly_atdia . Well done.
I too have lost just over 12kg since starting 2017. So it has taken me longer but I'm too thoroughly enjoying getting my good clothes back on without them bulging at the seems. ;)

I'm hoping to lose much more after surgery. Fingers crossed this year.
I've been referred for TIER3 bariatric surgery. I've tried ever diet known, even lchf. I'm now having success with low carb, low fat and xenical tablets.

I too wonder how much more I will lose.
I don't think xenical tablets work long long term but I'm enjoying the weight loss for now.

I know how much effort it takes for some to lose weight so you definitely deserve the accolade from me. Well done, again. :) :) :)
