I've had many, many dark times and i'm **** sure I will again but keep smiling and take all the help and advice you can, this forum has been brilliant for me ad I've learnt so much from it and as well as that the DAFNE course I recently went on has given me a chance to chat to others that are going through the same strifes that life in general throws at us all....</p><p></p><p>Keep smiling and I wish you all well x</p></blockquote><p></p>
