hello everyone ive been getting e-mails from diabetes.co and never knew they had a forum section until this morning i have registered now and i feel as if i have help out there when i need it so im looking forward to making new friends JOE

thank you daisy for your quick responce ive had diabetes for five years now and to be quite honest ive not had much advice in how to cope with it so now i will feel comfident that i can ask someone advice when im stuck JOE

Hi Joe.
Welcome to the Forum. Hava a good look around and if there is anything you need to know just ask away, there is usually somebody with an answer. If there is stuuf you have to share we look forawrd to that too. Not sure what sort of issues you might have so it might help to tell us a little more about your Diabetes, diet etc.
