Immunizations and blood sugar levels

Hello all,

I'm planning a trip to India at the end of the year and will require all the necessary jabs. Does any one know whether these inocculations affect blood sugar levels?

I'm going to Ivory Coast in January and have just had Hepatitis A & Typhoid jabs; Yellow Fever and Diphtheria follow in 10 days or so. I think these are similar to the India requirements? I asked the same question of the nurse who said "no need to worry, there's no interaction whatsoever". Hmmm, I've been almost permanently hypoglycaemic for the 2 days since the jabs, so I'm not so sure...
