I have type 2 diabetes thrush where in cannot urinate complicated by piles I need help?

Sorry to hear this, if you cannot urinate that is truly a case for A&E for a catheter.

See your doctor.
My thrush, which I had on and off for about 2 years vanished as soon as I was diagnosed with diabetes and got my blood sugar under control. Thrush loves a sweet environment, so when you are expelling glucose with your urine it will find a lovely home between your legs.
If you cannot urinate at all, that's an emergency, and I would see your doctor about the bothersome piles as well. Good luck!

A&E now or sooner

Hi. Do go to A&E if you can't urinate. Do also seriously reduce your carbs and get a glucose meter. If the blood sugar doesn't go down then suspect being T1 which A&E should check anyway.

if you cant pee its a medical emergency. dont delay a and e you will damage your kidneys. not something you want with diabetes.

I hope your problem is resolved, but if not and you are stuck at home then lying in a hot bath might help - do not add anything to the water - lying face down propped up on your elbows is the advised position.

You haven’t been able to pee and have been in agony for 17 hours and you went to bed?
