I am sure everyone has tried this but if not...

Baked bacon wrapped around sprouts with cheese, my wife made this this evening, the combination was a little weird tbh, not sure I loved it although I am a fan of all three, just not sure putting them together worked but!...

Baked bacon rashers! I though I had eaten bacon in all its forms, its delicious, really chewy, almost like leather but really tastey leather hehe.

So if you havent, then you must.

They are featured on the latest series of Gourmet Farmer on SBS, he reckons they are great combination of flavours.
