In need of some help... (complexed situation lol)

Type 1
Hi all, firstly I'm new here so hi to everyone.

At 12 I got diagnosed with MODY (mature onset) mines caused by a defaulted gene that has the same effects as diabetes type 2. It's inherited, I have just been misfortunate with genes lol (grandfather, dad has it and now my sister).
I have had three children, all to which have been premature (28 weeks, 30 weeks, 32 weeks)
I recently had my third (and my last) in July at 32 weeks and my diabetes was well controlled (well I think so) my HBA1C came back at 6.8%. I have been on novarapid throughout my pregnancy, but before that was on glybencamide.
Now I am still continuing by choice on insulin, and the past few days I've had extremely strange results on my glucose monitor. Having scores of 16.8, 15 throughout the day when usually I am getting 7s, 5s etc... and even in the morning I am getting 9's.... I'm really really concerned. I've been having these ad feeling unwell for the past three days, I am so tired constantly with a constant headache, tummy pain and sometime get a sensation in my legs or underneath my ribcage.... I'm really confused.... I just wanted some advice if any one here knows why the sudden increase in my blood sugar results?
Many thanks and hope you're all doing well :)
(Sorry for the rabbiting on)

Hi. Sorry to hear of your current problems. It's always possible that you have an infection of some kind which always pushes sugars up but I can only guess. I think the GP/nurse is the only person who can really help here possibly by taking a blood sample etc. As you probably know, MODY is one of the more mis-behaved forms of diabetes so a diabetes expert has to be involved perhaps from your local hospital diabetes clinic
