Increase Lantus?

So for the last couple of nights I've noticed a couple of times that my BG slightly increases over night to around 10 but then comes back into range. Previously I had a flat line all night. Worth increasing lantus slightly or is it possibly another reason?

I'd say wait a bit longer before you increase it, say one more night. If it does the same, increase it by one unit :)

In addition to knowing what time you inject your Lantus it would be helpful to know what you ate in the evenings on the past couple of nights this has happened (and at what time)?

I take my lantus around 1930 and the last two nights I had paella and boiled potatoes and pie and chips, both times I ate around 2030

Not sure about Paella but Pie & Chips is quite a high-fat meal and can effect bg levels many hours after eating, maybe tonight have a lower fat meal and see how your bg levels behave overnight.
