I am about to get a dog who, when fully grown, will need an hour's exercise a couple of times a day. I am presuming that this will very much cut down my need for insulin - does anyone else have experience with this, who can advise me on how to handle it? I am type 1, 10 units basal insulin and 2-4 units QA with each meal depending on what I eat
