hi, I’ve randomly needed to reduce my insulin over the last three days - my novorapid by 50% and tresiba by 10% and I’m still getting sudden lows - I use a Libre so am catching them before I go below 3 so haven’t had any nasty Hypos ( have finger pricked to confirm and Libre is accurate each time) has anyone else had this happen or can explain why? - I’ve not been exercising or lost weight recently, would be grateful of any thoughts. I take levothyroxine as well. Thank you

As some things to consider, and not as medical advice or opinion:
and assuming no change in insulin brand:
? change in kidney function
? change in injection technique e.g. longer or shorter needle used to inject insulin
? change in diet
? change in season or weather
? easing of stress - e.g. on holidays
? easing of a cyclic change
Just some thoughts.:):):)

Thanks for replying- literally nothing has changed, it’s really puzzling me. Looking at the suggestions maybe I need to get my kidney function tested???
