I am Rajnish I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes 4 years back. I take ISTAVEL(sitagliptin) tab 1000mg twice daily. Now since few days I am observing my sugar level fasting in the mornings to 150-160 but then PP after 2 hours of tablet and breakfast I check it comes down to 130.
Please anyone can suggest why is the early morning sugar levels are going high though I dont each much at nights and also I am losing weight too.
Please give me your suggestions so I can maintain my levels
