Increasing Empagliflozin to 25mg

Has anyone been increased from 10mg to 25mg and and does it get a tighter grip on sugars?

I was on 25mg for a while but they cut it back to 10mg after a few months of keto when my dietary control reigned in my A1C.

I’m on 25mg of that but I’m not really sure if it’s making a difference l.
