Hi all any ideas for increasing my fat intake? I have no problem with very low carb less than 15 - 20%. Get plenty of meats etc but that's a lot of protein. So need more fats. I have cheese, bacon & eggs. Chicken with skin on. Mushroom omelettes fried in butter and occasionally Greek yoghurt but not a lot else. Drink black tea and coffee, tried double cream in coffee yuk. I'm on 18/6 fasting every day. Any help much appreciated guys.
