Indian CHO counting, help needed please!

According to my app that has all take away carbs is that an onion bhaji is about 15 grams carbs for a 66g bhaji. Hope that's of any help.

I don't eat Indian so I don't know if it's the same as what you are asking about.

You can use fitness pal. It has an app for the phone too.
 
In any case, when you do estimate the carbs for the meal don't give yourself the full amount of insulin, nothing worse than going hypo when your enjoying an evening with family and friends, if your high later you can always give a small correction dose.

No, it's different. :wink: I was able to look up those in Carbs and Cals, but couldn't find the Veg Mixed Bhagee. :roll:
 
Thanks for the replies guys. :D I ended up just having a few chips and cooked chicken. Was still lovely though.
