- Self absorbed and rude people! Motorists who are oblivious to the rest of the world, and really don't give a ****!
The following statement is not aimed at this forum - which I have no idea how I could manage being diabetic without....
Having been diagnosed a T2 for just over 3 years I have done lots of research (and I am still a novice it is such a complicated disease) and tried to keep up with latest news and views etc, but the one thing I have found that there is just so much conflicting information out there! Today I have found that soy can be bad for me, though I have been using to lower cholesterol (as recommended), and now I see that Statins can help prevent blindness in T2s, having been anti statins, because of their known side effects for some time.
All I really need is to know what is really good, what is really bad for T2s foodwise - I guess nothing in this world is that simplistic :?
