Due to severe dyspnea from long COVID, I am looking to get an infrared heater as any other heater (convection, fan) makes the air hot and suffocates me.
Do you think an infrared heater would be better or is there any alternative?
Also, there are some potential issues:
I have a small fridge in my room and I wonder if the infrared heater 'looks' at it, will it make it hot?
I don't have many places to put the heater it would either 'look' at my desk or my bed and I would like heat in both places, is there a workaround?
