Injected too much Novorapid

Hi

I think I know what to do but just checking. This morning, not thinking, I've injected 8 units of Novorapid before breakfast instead of 4.

I usually take 8 with my evening meal.

So do I just need to keep a close eye on my sugar levels and treat accordingly (sugar/carbs)?

And I am unsure whether I should take my morning Levemir??

Just eat twice as many carbs as you usually would for breakfast and take your levemir as normal, as long as you monitor your bg afterwards and act accordingly you'll be fine, we have all done this at some point.
