Insanity - 60 day work out....

Hi there

I'm looking to buy the insanity 60 day workout and give it a blast, it's got great reviews , and just wondered if anyone has tried it?

It's max interval training for 45 mins, so I can imagine it could cause a fair few hypos .....if I don't plan in advance , just wondered how any T1 have found it?

I've done it. It's hard work but no different to any other form of HIIT. You need to make sure you adjust insulin or carbs appropriately.

Thanks, I got one new but second hand on eBay arrived yesterday

It talks about having protein shakes as well but not sure what the best low carb / sugar ones are? Will see if I can find a thread on powder.
