I was wondering if any of you have done or tried or is currently doing the insanity workout? I'd like to get a bit more information on this regime before I do it.. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Also if anyone has completed the workout what is it like ect ect,
How long have you been doing it? If you don't mind me asking? Sorry to be nosey but what changes have you noticed with your body ect since doing it? Sorry for all the question just want to make sure it's worth the money
I've been doing it a few months and my fitness has improved. There is one guy here who followed it to the letter and he lost about 20 lbs and was visibly leaner/fitter. It's not cheap though unless you know someone who has a copy. I would possibly YouTube it or something first just to make sure it's your sort of thing. It is certainly no good unless you are relatively fit in the first place ! Good luck !
