Insight and diasend

Hi all, little ladies pump seems to be doing really well at the moment and she's not too worried about wearing it but as she's less than a week into it the Dsn wanted me to upload the data to diasend but I'm having trouble pairing the device to the computer, has anyone else had these problems ? Many thanks

if you are running windows 10 you may need to e-mail or call Diasend
