i got a case for the handset >.< just wanted to make the pump look a bit better lol

you can get a flip case from accu-chek, they are £20 but if you register your pump on the site you will get it free of charge

o didn't know that + my account isn't set up yet but lets you order things from there i wonder if they will send me some stuff >.<

I only registered the pump on there on Friday night as my main BG meter was an accu-chek mobile so updated my profile

there is also this training part for the insight pump https://www.accu-chek.co.uk/gb/products/insulinpumps/insight.html, which I did 3 times before I started on it, the rep told me to order supplies by telephone not the site as it takes longer for them to process for the web page

my account hasnt been set up yet so can't order over the phone :(

I started on the pump on the 7th December so can't see how yours is not set up, unless your DSN has not sent the forms off to accu-chek yet

lol wow yours was done quick our dsn sends it to hospital admins, then approve have you tried to use diasend? :p

Hi guys, I set my account up myself before I even attached my pump. I always order online and receive my consumables in about 4 days.

yeah I use diasend, had a few problems sending the data but it was a new thing in the clinic which took 2 weeks to get up and running

it takes around 2 days Vick22 for the supplies to arrive when you phone them in just incase you need to know that for future reference :)

odd, what operating system are you using?
and when it reads the data it takes ages for it to do so then should give you the option to quit and continue to the diasend site where the data is stored
