Insight pump pairing problems

Hi,

My pump has stopped talking to the handset. I've tried to pair the devices several times including deleting the original paring, but no joy. The hand set searches for a few seconds and then says "No devices found". Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I'm missing here?

Phone Roche, they are fab at sorting stuff like that out, mine did something similar a few months ago but can't quite remember what it was, some sort of factory re set that they talked me through over the phone!!
Oh! They did also say change the battery in the pump first as that can be down to a duff battery!!!

Thanks for that sninge. I was about to call them when I thought I'd have one last go and it worked. I have no idea what the problem was but at least it's working now. I have to say I'm not a fan of the Insight handset for a number of reasons.
