Beautiful thread, thank you
Should you feel the need to offer a private hint on the next "who are they" photo in return, I will not be offended to receive it.
Only joking. Honest!
I love that thread but it seems that on the rare occasion that I actually know the answer someone has already beaten me to it.
Keep up the good work!

Do you say your prayers? Are you disappointed when they're not answered?
Yeh? Well, I know how you feel.
42 years ago I emerged from a decade that had consumed me with troubles and sorrow.
During those years I many times cried out through prayer for help, and never was answered.
As years and experiences past by, a realization began to dawn on me;
My prayers were in fact being answered all along, I was just simply blind to the fact.
To ensure I'd never forget that realization I wrote the following and keep it close to my heart.
So if your prayers are never answered, take heart because here's a promise for all of us.
It's called "Always"
On every occasion we offer up a prayer
request up to God, He always answers us.
He never rejects, never forgets, and
never overlooks a prayer request.
He always, always answers.
He may answer speedily, He may answer in due season.
He may even answer with a "No".
But He always, always answers.
So, if your prayers do appear to be answered with a "No"
and if your heart is in the right place, you will discover
perhaps days, weeks, or even years later why your prayers
were answered with a "No", and do you know what, you
will actually be thankful you were with answered with a "No" .
And that's a promise for all of us.
"Always".
Oh, nearly forgot, the decade I mentioned.
I'd become addicted to alcohol, and all my crying out and
praying many times for help and never received an answered?
I'd been answered all along!!!!
You see, The Man upstairs is smarter than I am, He knew I was
not quite ready to tackle sobriety, I had to wait a while, but then,
when I was ready.......well, that's all water under the bridge now.
I'll be 42 years sober this April.
So take heart if your prayers appear not to be answered,
You're just being told "No" not just yet, wait awhile.

Now, if you've read this far, and your not "into" this sort
of thing well, I reckon you'll be laughing your socks off.
But that's ok, were not going to fall out with each other over
that. I mean, you're free to disbelieve it, just as I'm free to
believe it's the absolute truth.
Eeeezy Peeeezy, Swings and Roundabouts in life, and all that.
Right, I'm about to run off and hide now.
God bless, folks.
