Literally got a text ten mins before the talk which was in Slough pretty close to my work! These things are not well advertised

Shame these things are not better advertised, was there many people there?

Only about ten to be honest which is a shame. I bet more people would go if they knew. It's hard to find anything online.

That's a shame, defiantly think more people would go if it was better advertised. That sort of exercise is impressive for a non diabetic even
