instant bulletproof coffee

hello!
is there a way to have instant bullet proof coffee?
it would be a normal instant coffee and me put something very fatty in it?
I tried with UHT cream and it's delicious, but I need something more fatty?
I tried with butter and I didn't like it, it didn't mix up well with the coffee and most of it was on the top making a yellowish thick layer
any suggestions?

You'd normally make it with butter and coconut oil - but you have to froth it up with a hand blender, or you'll burn you lips with hot oil ;)
 
I know but I can't use blender at work, is there any other way? I need some creamy fat (don't think pure oil would do, having in mind olive oil, I think milk based fat would be better) to put in coffee!

I drink a lot of coffee with double cream floated on top :)
 
is there anything in single portions with long shelf life???
 
you put 75ml cream in your coffee? that's too much, I put around 30ml, but I need to find the optimum portion for ketogenic effect

the best would be to have buffalo butter/cream, it have EXTREMELY amazing aroma and taste
 
I use butter and it doesn't do what happens to yours. The flask idea is great .... a good shaking will froth it up and mix it up well.
Remember butter is only cream. My wife can turn a tub of cream into a nice fresh block of butter in about ten minutes.
