Hi,

Usually I carry what I need with me in a Frio wallet which stops my pen cooking. Then keep it out of direct sunlight in some shade.

I too am a Frio wallet user.
However, given the recent summer temperatures we have seen in the UK, I do not consider them a thing for abroad.
If I fear my insulin my be left somewhere hot (e.g. car in summer), I put it in a Frio wallet.
