I'm going to the USA (Florida) soon from the UK and I was wondering if anyone could advise me on what to do in terms of changing insulin to fit the time difference etc.

How much is the time difference?

I'm very jealous of your holiday by the way!

If you are changing your basal injection then you can adjust it by two hours max at a time, so the first day you get there, or the day before, you could do it two hours earlier and then two hours earlier than that the next day and so forth until you're in the right time.
You'd do the same to put it back when you get home too.
Bolus insulin will obviously be what you'd usually do, just when you have meals.

This is what I do anyway.
