This more recent video provides some additional background info on why ketones may help with Parkinson's type tremors. Not sure if SCA is similar. But given the many neuro-protective effects that have been observed with ketones, it may be worth digging deeper into this.
I think what diabetes has done is amplify the sca effect in me.. what i have is sca-6 which affects the calsium channels of the brain. From what i saw in the mri the core has atrophing or it is shrinking in laymans terms. Left and right hemispheres untouched... only movement is affected... no drug treatment they just watch. Tremors arnt normally associated with it.
That last video i will look at it tomorow but i recon its should be of help.
For the record ive been at 20gm for the last 2 days and a bit its the most stable my glucose has been in 2.5 years. Must be close to keytonis now i feel really good.
