Insulin injections

Does anyone have a bruised belly from insulin injections. I ask as I do but my belly is the easiest place to inject etc specially when out and about and at work

I tried the thigh gosh was painfull

Sometimes. I find stomach and buttocks are best for me. Back of the upper arm did not work very well for me. You should try to inject into fat rather than muscle ... thighs are muscle so are unlikely to be a good choice unless you want quick action of the insulin.
You might find a different length of needle works better ...

I usually get bruises if I overuse a single area. I also use thighs and buttocks but they aren't painful.

I have small bruises on my tummy, and it does hurt often.
