Hi, where do T1D keep their insulin pens in the house.. I had to throw away my Novorapid as the past two days I've been very high when consuming carbs . I keep my insulin pens that I'm currently using in my bathroom (where it's cool) and while we were having cold weather I left them in the van and think may have been to cold and then brought in by the woodburner!

I tend to keep any pens I'm using in a little pouch in my handbag (I know this is a little far fetched from the van!
) and any pens that I haven't started using yet I keep in a sealed plastic Tupperware box in the veg drawer of the fridge. Keeps them safe, at the right temperature and out of harm's way. I probably wouldn't recommend leaving my pens anywhere near a woodburner... 
Try and keep them cool.
