Insulin pens

Hi, can anybody tell me if all Insulin pens are available on prescription I am interested in the Humspen memoir that records when you have taken your Insulin

Basic insulin pens are definitely available on prescription. However, this does not mean pens with memory are. Have you looked at the attachment that fits on top of a pen and remembers the dose? This may be cheaper to fund yourself. However, I realise they do not fit all pens.

Hi Eli Lilly make the huma memoir pens and they do come with dosage memory so you might get one on prescription give it a go all the best.

The new Novopens come with a memory function as "standard." (Sorry if I sound like a car salesman.)
& pretty much prescribed as the older Novo non memory versions have been superseded by this safety feature...

Though I must admit the Humapen memoir is a nice looking device!
